We are currently hiring a Regional Enterprise Sales Key Accounts Lead for a growing edtech startup. This is a well funded and established startup with Pan India presence and is expanding aggressively.

The role provides you an opportunity to be a part of a high growth environment. The role provides a high degree of autonomy in planning long term strategies to strengthen client relationships and lead sensitive accounts.
PLEASE NOTE : THIS ROLE NEEDS SOMEONE WITH STRONG B2B CLIENT MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND WITH Tier 1 college MBA. Startup experience is important but not from edtech itself.
The role would encompass :
- Retain and grow business from the assigned Key Accounts
- Maximizing wallet share form the existing Key / Named accounts
- Build and maintain long term relationship with the Key Decision Makers / CXOs in these accounts.
- Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition and revenue targets for the assigned Key / Named Accounts.
- Responsible for revenue generation from the set of corporate by cross selling and up selling
- Ensure customer satisfaction through coordination with internal departments
- Ensure high CSAT scores
To fit the bill you must be :
- Tier 1 MBA graduate with 7+ experience in corporate Key account management or client servicing in B2B space
- Proven track record of consistently delivering successful sales stints.
- You must be a self- driven leader, skilled in driving complex business deals and strategic partnerships.
- Startup experience preferred
Please note India centric experience in B2B account management is important.
