- The position is of an influencer, executor & observer of Customer Service Excellence KPIs. This includes driving Distribution Excellence KPIs, Sales Excellence KPIs & Customer Relationship initiatives on ground. - Project Management
Distributor Life Cycle : Right from appointment of right fit of Distributor through all due diligence as per appointment checklist to ensuring on boarding of new /Distributor in all modules, systems & policies. Run performance excellence through driving scorecard & optimal usage for portal/ DMS etc. Work as the single source for feedback & improvement areas for through feedback mechanism. Actively involve in improving experience of engagement activities. Also pivotal in Distributor Exit process through monitoring & reviewing exit SOPs vs ways of working.
Sales Excellence : Review exceptions along with Zonal leadership and support creation of action plans across Sales Excellence initiatives. Work towards capability development of Sales Team on processes, policies & digital initiatives encompassing Dealer & Distributors of organization. Drive performance excellence through improving usage of scorecards.
Market Connect : Market connect as eyes & ears for the strategic initiative wing by generating insights with respect to distributor/Field team compliance/ market dynamics, understand pain areas and take feedback on various digital platforms. Audit process compliance on various critical strategic initiatives of organization in the areas of sales & marketing."
