Experience: 6+ Years of relevant experience

Key expectations:

- Ability to build Offshore project based business & target Offshore development center based opportunities from USA.

- Should be well connected in US, AU, NZ and Middle East markets

- Responsible for demand creation, generating leads and tracking them to closure

- Strong commercial acumen, interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

- Ability to carry out independent discussions with CXOs

- Responsible for demonstrating the capabilities & service offerings to customers

- We are NOT looking for domestic based BDMs who focus on staffing business / Staff aug business.
