Client Details :
Our client is world's leading AlcoBev organisation with a great variety of brands. They have a set of the world's best known alcohol brands under their portfolio, having a huge global presence. They are now looking for a Regional Director to manage the entire sales function in the assigned region and support their rapid growth in the Indian market.
Description :
- Plan and forecast sales and market share targets for the defined region on an annual, 3 month rolling and monthly basis
- Direct sales activity to achieve sales targets for the region and ensure effective field coverage to understand market issues and network with customers
- Develop new markets to achieve growth and penetration targets
- Responsible for managing the regular interface between Company and Key Accounts and independent P&L
- Responsible for developing Key Accounts strategy. Implement policies, procedures and practices in line with the strategy
- Develop and maximise utilisation of the sales operations budget including monitoring trade spends, travel expenses, scheme spends, etc.
- Develop and manage various schemes effectively to achieve sales and market share targets, ensure timely settlement of schemes and adherence to scheme budgets
- Drive Sales technology to capture and review on a regular basis, identify opportunities and develop sustainable competitive sales strategy for the region
Profile :
- Graduate with 10-15 years' experience (5 years' in management position)
- Graduation from a Good B-School
- Superior knowledge and familiarity of market, customers and information channels
- High drive for results
- Analytical mind, especially on finance and sales analysis
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning ability
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Provide coaching and training to the team to deliver better business results
