Company Profile: We have vacancies for HR professionals based in Abu Dhabi with our clients who are a very large, professionally managed global engineering services organisation who provide various engineering services to their clients in core infrastructure sectors like Construction , power, steel, fertilizers, oil & gas, metals, petrochemicals etc. Our clients operate globally in several countries and are on an extremely aggressive growth path. We have the following 2 vacancies based in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Regional Director / Head-HR.

HR Operations and Business Partner:

KRAs:

- To develop, Implement and Administer human resources programs, practices and procedures across the Middle East region in line with the Group, Regional guidelines and country level laws and regulations.

- To provide a professional and comprehensive Human Resources support to the Country HR Operation Team across region including acquired entities.

- To supervise, facilitate, guide, monitor and control HR services and transactional HR activities for HRIS and Payroll System management across region.

Major Responsibilities: HR and Payroll System Management, Organisation Policies and Processes, Compensation & Benefits Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reward and Recognition Programs,Organization Communication,HR Surveys, Audits, Analytics and Reporting in each of above areas supporting in above specified functional activities

Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBA (HR preferably) with 10-12 years experience in Middle East in overall and generic HR function preferably in service industry.

Should have the experience of handling HR processes. Hands on experience in HR - ERP Systems is essential with exposure in implementation of HRIS & Payroll System. Knowledge of local labour laws is desirable

Recruitment Specialist:

KRAs:

- To Identify and evaluate organizational staffing and recruitment needs and provide recruitment expertise to handle recruitment at all levels in diversified business and geographical spread over including bulk recruitment for project contracts across businesses and region, through a seamless recruitment and selection process.

- To manage, control and administer the overseas and local recruitment and selection activities in order to attract the right candidate that meets business requirements, by effective manpower planning, effective communication and coordination with internal & external customers and recruitment sources as well, in addition to developing HR recruitment & selection process.

Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBA (HR preferably) with 8-10 years experience with key focus in recruitment and selection process in Middle East countries preferably in engineering project companies in oil and gas sector. Experience in inter/intranet sourcing and advertising, international staffing, vendor management, internal referrals, regulatory reporting and campus recruitment. Experience working in a multi-location, multi-national environment is preferred.
