Role:

The role will be responsible for managing relationships with large corporate houses in western India.

Identifying high growth companies who can offer attractive salaries to the students of the institute

Identify key decision makers - CxOs & HR Heads in the identified companies

Inviting companies to visit campus for placements

Negotiation for day of company visit and package offered to students

Desired Profile:

Business Development / key account management professional with strong relationship building skills

Maturity to interact and build professional relationships with key decision makers ( CxOs & HR Heads) is mandatory

Prior experience of corporate sales for HR consulting services ( Job Portal accounts, Leadership Trainings, Search & Recruitment Services, Assessment Tools etc)

Professional with established relationships with HR / Recruitment Heads and CxOs of large corporate houses will be ideal candidate for the role
