Regional Director - Chief Information Security Officer - Consulting Firm

Our client is world's one of the leading consulting firms. Having offices at multiple locations across the world, they are responsible for providing world class, cost effective and premium quality services for global clients focused on key horizontal and vertical end-to-end solutions.

Reporting to Senior Director-CISO, the successful candidate would be responsible for:

- Head information security operations across offices in Bangalore.

- Lead information security incident response and cyber crisis management across the delivery center and manage issues to closure across all the practices.

- Driving the development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of all information security related activities in the service areas of Technology, Management and Risk Consulting horizontals and promote an alignment with the company's global security strategy.

- Champion the strategy, implement global security services at a local level and improve the security culture of all the practice across offices in Bangalore.

- Lead information security incident response and cyber crisis management and manage issues to closure across all the practices.

- Establish and execute activities that enable behaviors, structures, systems and competencies required for the firm to build a successful operating model.

- Head an in-house team of 3-4 people already at place.

The Successful candidate should have:

- Minimum 16 years of relevant work experience.

- Balance between managing internal information security for an organisation and client facing roles

- Preferably from consulting background.

- Excellent leadership qualities.

- Stakeholder management skills.

- Team management skills.

- Experience working with senior leadership in an organization.
