Regional Director (APAC)- Business Intelligence

Brief about the role
This position will oversee the development of regionalbusiness intelligence, and related connections with data governance, strategies in support of FIRM's regional business. The position requires extensive experience in the areas of business intelligence and data, and the ability to work in a matrix organization, consistently partnering with FIRM's Business Intelligence and Data Governance CoEs to ensure standard processes and best practice sharing and implementation. Key deliverable will be to implement BI as part of our service offering by developing the roadmap, capabilities and cross-account coordination across the region. This position must also align and coordinate the BI offering with the RED platform, and other firm efforts.
Requirements-
- 12+ years of progressively responsible management positions in large, complex, geographically dispersed, organizations required.
- 12+ years of related experience in related industry; commercial real estate management preferred.
- Demonstrated success with high visibility projects, leaders in technology use and development, change management, budget and business case development and staff development.
- Experience in dealing with internal and external customers, service providers and vendors.
- Must be able to manage competing priorities.
- Science, Computer Science or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
Skills and Knowledge-
- Experience with reference data management tools at FIRM, including Collibra, MS Excel, SQL query, Informatica Data Analyst, Address Doctor, FIRM tracker etc.
- Expert skills in MS Visio, Word and PowerPoint required.
- Software development lifecycle knowledge, with particular background in agile philosophies and methodologies.
- Demonstrated information management and quantitative skills, including working knowledge of IT infrastructure, various technologies/ platforms, and aligned vendor solutions with enterprise strategic priorities.
- Understanding of Regional organizational design and the ability to shape and drive large-scale, cross-functional programs around people, technology, processes, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term strategy
