2. To ensure AOP for region across channels is achieved by proactively identifying areas of development and share insights along with POA (Plan on action)
3. To lead and ensure smooth execution of various trade marketing initiatives in region.
a. NPD Launch
b. New initiatives / Special Drives
4. Gather, evaluate and share insights from Market to help Trade marketing
a. Improve Existing brands / SKUs
b. Deliver better NPDs plans: Detailed competition benchmarking (brands, MRP, PTR, PTS, schemes, incentives, etc).
5. To ensure smooth execution of Trade activation and settlement activities including gift articles
