Regional Collections for Personal Loans in Delhi NCR, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Area Debt Managers, Collection Managers, and Executives to achieve efficient and effective collection of non-digital landing-based personal loans. You will play a pivotal role in devising collection strategies, implementing analytical enhancements, and driving operational excellence to meet business objectives while ensuring portfolio stability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of Area Debt Managers, Collection Managers, and Executives across Delhi NCR.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to collection targets.

Collection Strategy:

- Develop and implement robust collection strategies to optimize recovery rates while maintaining customer relationships.

- Continuously assess and refine strategies based on market trends, risk profiles, and regulatory changes.

Analytical Value Addition:

- Utilize analytical insights to enhance collection processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive efficiency.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to leverage data-driven decision-making in collection operations.

Operational Enhancements:

- Redesign allocation matrix to ensure optimal resource utilization and improve collection efficiency.

- Review and optimize pay-out structure for vendors and incentives for the collection team to align with performance objectives.

Risk Management:

- Implement risk-based profile segregation to prioritize high-risk accounts and mitigate potential losses.

- Work closely with risk management teams to develop proactive measures for portfolio stability and control.

Digital Penetration:

- Drive initiatives to enhance digital penetration at the product level, enabling smoother and more convenient payment options for customers.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to integrate digital solutions into collection processes effectively.

Portfolio Control:

- Maintain portfolio stability as per management requirements through proactive risk management and efficient collection practices.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to collections.
