Job Description

- Managing a team of Credit Analysts (CA)

- Prioritising of proposals in consultation with business team and helping in structuring.

- Guiding the team of Credit Analysts on underwriting quality notes and effective monitoring, assisting them in formulating credit recommendation.

- Active involvement in client meetings to understand their business model and risk management policies.

- Vetting of Credit Appraisal Notes prepared by Credit Analysts.

- Representing the Credit perspective on risk assessment, structuring during discussion of proposal / transactions with Senior management.

- Ensuring that loans adhere to program, compliance, due diligence and industry requirements.

- Closely monitoring the portfolio along with credit analysts and escalate with action plan on non-compliances and EWS.

- Escalate with action plan for non-compliances

- Co-ordinating with internal auditors and make representations to RBI for resolving queries raised by them in RBI audits

Job Requirement:

- CA / MBA with at least 10-12 yrs in Credit underwriting in Wholesale Banking Vertical

- Good understanding of Accounting Standards, Balance Sheet Analysis.

- Knowledge of RBI regulations, SEBI and other statutory bodies requirements.

- Good interaction and communication ability.

- Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
