We have a requirement for Regional Credit Manager- Unsecured Business Loans with one of our Client A Startup NBFC!!

Position : Regional Credit Manager- Unsecured Business Loans

Education : MBA Finance / CA/ CFA

Location : Mumbai

Job Role :

- Ensure highest level of portfolio quality for the Business Loans handled for the West region with the best productivity numbers and continuous increasing efficiency of overall credit process by improving the team's competence levels, involvement in continuous innovation in credit product, parameters and credit ratio logarithms

- Training & monitoring credit managers and third party processing agents on products and policies of the company.

- Proper on boarding of all newly joined credit managers.

- Monitor and ensure that highest underwriting standards are maintained for the respective region handled

- Should be a growth oriented person with positive outlook, well versed with how to carry himself / herself professionally and a team player and go getter.

- Team Management and keeping the entire regional Team motivated.

- Underwriting of Loans as per Risk based Levels and ensuring lowest delinquency levels

- Presentation of cases to seniors for approvals, sharing of MIS on portfolio and business with seniors.
