Regional Credit Manager - Small Medium Enterprise (6-10 yrs)
1. Managing the credit team for prompt and quality credit processing.
2. Recommending cases to higher level and / or approving as per the delegation matrix.
3. To ensure adherence to credit policy and defined processes.
4. TAT management, Customer visit quality and TAT.
5. Fraud Risk Management.
6. Portfolio Quality and Monitoring of non starters, cheque bouncing trends.
7. Resolution of overdue accounts by coordinating with sales team.
8. Monitoring PDD MIS, Follow-up for pending PDDs, PDD pendency to be kept within acceptable limits.
9. Coordination with Operations team for due/ ovedrdue PDD process.
10. Renewal/ review of cases in timely manner.
11. Hiring of credit resources as per manpower budgeting, attrition management.
12. Coordinating for training programs for credit team, imparting induction training.
