Designation : Regional Credit Manager - Personal Loans

Location - Delhi NCR Region

The broad JD for the RCM is underlined below as :

- Appraisal and approval of proposals including supervision of credit underwriters .

- Manage the portfolio quality and ensure compliance to policy norms.

- Training of credit underwriters on Policy norms and provide proper inputs to Policy team for up gradation or improvement in Policy/process

- Need to take care of all the activities from sourcing to disbursement.

- Ability to manage team and ensure proper flow of process.

- Interaction with seniors for credit underwriting of files and ensure proper management of sourcing.

- Problem solving and ensure Customer centric approach to all issues.

Requirement :

- Should preferably be a CA Chartered Accountant / MBA with at least minimum 7 years of work experience in Credit Appraisal role.

- Working in NBFC / Bank with Exposure to Personal Loans.

- Candidates with good financial analysis skills
