Urgent hiring for Regional Credit Manager-Best Package in Industry

Responsible for entire operational activities of the Cluster. Hands on experience in assets and ability to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the state. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching of employees. Channelising and driving organizational thoughts in required direction to achieve Market Share. Continuously building on basic business model of Customer Orientation and Relationship Building. Institutionalize & create awareness for Integrity & Discipline at Cluster level.

Desired profile:

- 8 - 9 yrs in Financial Services or NBFC.of which atleast 5yrs to be in a supervisory capacity of handling multiple branches.

- Established experience of handling all branch based functions.

- Should have handled unsecured PL business and managed a portfolio of over 20crs

Any specific specialization/education: Graduate along with MBA
