Looking for Regional Credit Manager to be based at Raipur/ Kolkata for a leading private sector bank to look after Mortgage products.  Job Responsibilities:  - To look after Credit Appraisals, Risk and Portfolio management, Collection administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Auditing & Taxation .  - Sanctioning of high value loan proposals with Credit Administration (Pre and Post disbursements).  - Adherence and compliances of RBI rules & regulations, Govt policies, concerned laws & audit assurance.   - Conducting study of client creditworthiness during the process of sanctioning credit to parties with maintaining least TAT days.  - Collection Management to control NPA. (Non Performing Assets). .   - Sound knowledge about Project Finance / Term Loans / Working capital loans / LC & Bill limits/ Export Finance etc.  - Evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.  - Preparation of Budgeting & Balance Sheet, P & L . Application of Auditing and Accounting Standards/ IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) , and analyzing of various exceptional reports / MIS analysis.  Priority will be given to Top Tier MBA Institute applications who has done Masters in Finance as a Major/ Minor or CAs.
