Regional Credit Control Officer - Travel/Hospitality/Service Industry

Urgently Looking for Credit Control Officer for a travel house :

Note:- Candidate should have team handling experience. No candidates from banking sectors will be entertained.

CANDIDATES FROM TRAVEL INDUSTRIES OR HAD WORKED WITH TRAVEL INDUSTRIES

- Qualified credit control Professional with minimum 8+ years of experience in managing the wide range of credit functions with Leading Travel Group.

- Outstanding communication & presentation skills verbal as well as written coupled with good presentation skill.

- Self-motivated, hardworking and goal-oriented with a high degree of flexibility creativity, commitment and optimism.

KRA:

- Leading 10 branches of Western region for billing and credit control.

- Brought down DSO from 70 days to 50 days in Three years.

- Building and maintaining smooth relationship with clients and generating revenue.

- Ensure timely submission of bills with all the supporting documents.

- Ensure timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments for all branches reporting to the head office.

- Send out outstanding letters and balance confirmation to the clients.

- Resolve queries around of all payments received.

- Develop strategy and innovations in methods of collection.

- Collaborate with operations team and customers to ensure collections progress.

- Planning and managing the full relationship between a business and its most important customers.

- To manage annual renewal of contracts and annual enhancement of rates.

- Analyze clients data on outstanding dues and receivable days

- MIS: Implementation & analysis of daily, weekly, monthly performance Report, publishing report to management whenever required.
