Regional Corporate SME –Radio Sales Head

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title : Regional Corporate and SME accounts

Reports to : National Sales Head - RADIO

Basic Purpose

- Regional Corp and SME will be responsible for driving the revenues nationally from these clients

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales

- Annual Sales target phasing/setting

- Region wise and Station wise prioritization of sales focus basis market estimation in each city

- Responsible to support the local sales teams in penetrating and acquiring defined share of revenue from the regional corporate and sme accounts verticals and meet their weekly, monthly and annual targets

- Top client relationships – Maintain personal relationships with top 50 SME clients and Top 50 Regional Corp accounts Nationally

Planning

- Prospecting lists by region, city

- Planning to be done for the quarter / annual target achievement with data tools provided

- Drive creation of standard sales tool kits by categories of clients in regional corporate and SME

- Drive pitches for key clients across regions

Reports

- Coverage

- Revenue contribution from Regional Corp and SME accounts

- Market potential Vs realization by city

- Productivity by sales associates

- Brand count and yield

Lead from the front to achieve sales targets.

Team

- Implement 15 min training

- Recruitment and training of associates

- Motivation and retention of associates.

- Identify the training needs of the team.

- Ensure the key result areas are clearly defined for the associates.

- Appraise and be appraised in the given time frame.

New Business Development

- Identify and convert non radio advertisers

- Grow the brand count

- Focus on SME’s / NBD

Inter department co-ordination

- Work closely with the programming team, solutions, marketing team for integrated solutions to the clients

- Ensure sales entitlements are as per the programming guidelines

- Seek assistance from marketing and content planning teams for key client pitches

Compliance

- Ensure compliance of internal/ externals processes followed by the organization.

- Make sure the advertisements are as per the government guidelines.

- All internal and external documentation is as per the company policy

- Ensure confidentiality of data
