A multinational Publishing House is looking for-   Position: Regional Compliance Head - India  Experience: 8+ Years   Location- Delhi / NCR   JOB DESCRIPTION:   To provide leadership of and be responsible for the following :   - Implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program. Fully engage with and communicate locally organisation's Ethical Policies, reducing the ethical, regulatory and legal risks it faces.   - Ensure that the Branches in India have appropriate procedures, controls and support in place to satisfy the Board primarily that is it fully compliant with global legislation, specifically UK Bribery Act 2010 and related policies which should be adapted, implemented and monitored to meet local market practice and local statutory requirements.   - Internal Controls, Monitoring & Review - To obtain a clear, organised view of current business practices in the Branches. This includes but is not limited to :   Business incentive practices   Local authority practices   Marketing and sponsorship policies   Expenses policies   Routes to market & partners used   Credit account set up practices   - Implementation of the organization's Business Risk Management processes.   - Be the focal point in considering any Intellectual Property/ Anti Piracy initiatives and action.  - Implementation of Information Security and Data Protection Programme.   - Regular travel required to Indian sub branches is expected.  KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :   - Previous Compliance experience in terms of Business Ethics / Controls   - Previous experience in Business Risk Management   - Analytical and logical approach   - Strong communication skills   - Strong ethical sense, business understanding and commercial awareness
