Regional Commercial Manager - North - FMCG

At present, we are having an urgent opening for REGIONAL COMMERCIAL MANAGER -NORTH for a REPUTED FMCG Co based at NOIDA location.

The company is a fast-growing FMCG company with a yearly turnover of 1200 - 1600 crores

RESPONSIBILITIES

GST/VAT/Prof. Tax/ESIC:

- Well conversant with GST as well as earlier State VAT and CST Act and Service Tax Act.

- Well aware for compliances under GST as well as earlier State VAT and CST Act

- Sound knowledge to work in GST / Govt portals

- Periodically Reconciliation between books and returns in respect to GST.

- Advise and updating to internal departments and various sites within the organization related to new development in GST law and changes in regulation of GST

- Timely preparation and submission of reply to notices received from GST Authorities.

- Discussion with Managements for Tax Planning, Risk, litigation and area of Improvements require in the originations.

- Coordination with statutory auditors to finalize monthly and annual returns.

- Review of Day-to-Day Taxation Accounting and reconciliation with tax returns.

- Coordination with consultant for Appeal Matters.

- Provide MIS related to taxation matter on monthly basic Monthly ESIC Contribution , Return & Self Assessment

Commercial Operations:

- Devising logistics management system to ensure delivery of finished goods as per committed timelines & cost.

- Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the plant requirements.

- Negotiating with Transporters & Clearing Agent for Secondary movement.

Accounts & Operations:

- VAT & Service Tax related accounting Entry & Internal Audit in SAP Environment .

- Clearing & Reconciliation of various ledger under AP, GL module in SAP.

- Monitoring Collection and follow up with debtors for receivable and statutory forms.

- Conducting Excise Audits, Internal Audits and other statutory audits.

- Approving the vendor Payment adhering to the SOP.

CFA Management:

- Appointing new CFA as per requirement to fulfil the demand / providing service to the customer.

- Storing of the finished goods inside the warehouse received from production and dispatch as per customer / market requirement.-

- Successfully handled the entire C&FA operation,, damaged stocks, recovery from C&FA, CFA agreements, measurement of CFA efficiency, negotiation of rates, monitoring their performance. C&FA management with commission, freight, travels, stocks, agreements, Claims. Responsible for Quarterly CFA Audit..

- Performing the inventory management and monitoring the replenishment of stock items by raising purchase indents & delivery advices.

Appointing and negotiating with transporters, C&F agents, etc. to achieve seamless and cost-effective movement of consignment, ensuring timely deliveries. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of transporters pertaining to cost, quality and delivery norms
