Candidate should be well qualified with thorough experience in said profile from FMCG / FMCD / Telecom Sector

Profile

Accounts- Responsible for:

- SAP General accounting system, financial accounting and reporting

- GL, Customer and Vendor Accounts Review and scrutiny

- All credit and financial policies, company systems and procedure implementation in respective region

- Statutory compliances with respect to TDS, sales tax and all labour compliances

- All legal matters in the region

- Trial balance review

- Timely closure of books of accounts- Month & Quarter

- Maintain assets and controls overhead

- Settlement of Customer claims and control local sales promotion cost

Operations- Responsible for:

- Effective & Cost effective delivery system for customer satisfaction

- Supply chain function and ensure correct billing as per Customer Order and Credit Policy

- Stock control & Hygiene - To maintain FIFO, Stacking Norms, Stock Ageing, Physical stock take and defective stock clearance

- Space Utilization

- Control freight cost

- Regional logistics and admin support

Introducing the process of Balance confirmation for all Vendor's and Debtor's on quarterly basis for Accounting Hygiene and to ensure timely reconciliation of disputes.

Identifying of all pending Sales Tax Assessment issues in assigned region and establishing strong review mechanism for internal readiness on fast track as a proactive measures.

Focusing of objective based review of Team Member's at Branches based on Key Performance Indicator.

Creating Branch Dashbaords on Claims, Overheads,SCM Outbound,Statutory Forms Status, NCP's etc on Key Performance Indicators for seamless alignment between cross function teams.

SAP FICO is a must and should be able to handle branch operations

Acting as a carrier and forwarding agent and will handle branch operations

Managing team of Branch executive and account account excess for South

Managing multiple depots
