Experience with FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Chemical distribution or any other organisation with multiple distributors will be preferred

Client Details :

Our client is one of the largest FMCG organisations in the country with revenue in excess of INR 5000 crores. They have widespread reach across the country and are divided into multiple regions. They are now looking for a leader to handle the commercial aspects of their east region.

Job Description :

As Zonal Finance Head, you will be reporting into Operations Finance Head with dotted line reporting into Zonal VP (sales) and be responsible for :

- Working closely with sales and commercial heads, and with HR, supply chain and other teams in the back end

- Providing key decision support around pricing, promotions, budgetary controls, working capital management, compliances etc. The individual will also spearhead the 2 annual audits as well as the annual Business planning exercise that take place for the company.

- Work closely with the sales teams to evaluate proposals, compare to standard benchmarks, suggest changes, mitigate cost by implementing corrective action plans

- Oversee a team of a tax manager, commercial manager and internal controls manager

Profile :

You are a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of post qualification experience in the commercial finance function. You are working with a large FMCG/ Pharmaceutial/ similar organisation and are providing decision support to the sales function. You are capable of handling multiple stakeholders and have supported the organisation in every subject that supports the sales organisation
