Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Purpose:

- To manage the recovery portfolio (180+ & Restructure pool) at Pan India level. Co-ordinate with the field team (CM, ACMs, RCMs & ZCMs) to ensure the desired recovery number gets achieve from the assigned recovery pool at the Pan India level.

- Need to Co-ordinate with the Geography NCMs & work together with them to have proper co-ordination with Collection Team & Collection Vendor.

- You must be different, can take extra challenges, can give extra time, can manage the team even though they are not part of the reporting hierarchy, handle new age business collection model, can strive hard to give your best, achieve the expected numbers, want to take extra challenges, hunger for more and want to grow with the organization growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To manage the recovery portfolio at Pan India Level.

- Follow up with delinquent cases personally, along with Area Collection Manager, collection manager, in-house collection team, collection agencies team; ensure recovery from the assigned pool as Pan India level.

- Recruit collection agencies, repossession agencies, legal vendor wherever required.

- Must possess excellent knowledge on recovery process on unsecured loan.

- Must have relevant legal knowledge to use the same to recover maximum from the 180+ & restructure pool.

- Proper MIS & account management knowledge with excellent exposure.

- Open to operate from vendor place, home without presence of office.

- Open to travel to different locations maximum days in a month.

- Recruiting and training the collections team for effective collections and recovery.

- Monitoring and reviewing the activities of the entire collection teams for the achievement of collections targets of the assigned pool.

- Ensuring adherence to collection processes in the area i.e allocation, follow up, tracking, resolution, delayed cash deposition, identifying; reporting fraudulent practices.

- Responsible to achieve set monthly target for self & the team.
