- Handling Tractor collection of assigned region.

- Planning for reducing delinquency in every month as per origination requirement -

- Analyzing daily performance of team members with projection & achievement.-

- Completely Responsible for the Collection & Repossession activities of cluster.-

- Conduct weekly performance review and planning for Team members, formulating

- Providing guidance during tough situations to acquire appropriate resolution for the customer and the company.

- Minimizing Customer Complaints in Collection Activity with High Resolutions.

- Initiating and Tracking of Pre-Litigation and Post Litigation Legal Proceedings/ Recovery and Police Intervention.

- Responsible for 270+ bucket collection, EMI collection, overdue collection.
