Regional Collection Manager - Micro-Finance Vertical - NBFC

Hiring for a Leading NBFC for Microfinance Vertical Nagpur/Akola

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the assets collection portfolio for the region and ensure the set objectives & targets are met on recoveries and delinquency numbers

- Identify, appoint & manage the regional collection structure through the optimal mix of :

- In-house collection teams

- Recovery agencies, additional interventions like legal, civic authorities, etc.

- Collection call centre (oversight and PTP management only)

- Ensure the process compliance across internal and external team members

- Manage and ensure high standards of compliance on Code of Conduct, organization reputation,

- Work closely with HO/Zonal/JC level stakeholders like business, credit, operation, legal, HC and compliance.

- Highlight variance in previous months performance.

- Monitor timely cash deposit by agency/in-house and ensure reflection of the same on system within TAT.

- Ensure coverage of portfolios through regular reviews and improve regions performance
