We have opening in Top Leading Bank for Regional Collection Manager

Job Title - Regional Collection Manager, Credit Cards

Department - Retail risk - Collections

Grade - SM/AVP

Location - Delhi

Reporting To - Vice President - Risk (Collections)

A. Position Purpose :

- Process Orientation-self-discipline to adhere to laid down business, regulatory processes.

- Responsible for overall functioning of the region which would include collection,cost,process,quality etc.

B. Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities:

1 To deliver on the financial parameters of the organization.

2 Should carry a go getter attitude and should get deep routed at the grass root level for achievement of the task assigned

3 Will be responsible for adherence of the cost budgets

4 Previous credit card management experience is preferred

5 Should have prior experience of vendor management

6 Local location experience is preferred.

7 People Management - will be responsible for management of onroll FTE and OA staff

8 Will support Customer Service on minimizing defective calls, on maximizing CEM scores and ensure TAT

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Preferred - Post Graduation / MBA

Certifications/Experience:

Essential Minimum 6-10 years of experience, should have people handling experience

- Preferred Dialer management experience, Frontend Credit card collections,

- SOC(sum of cycles) mode of operating for credit cards

D. Competency Requirements:

a. Technical Skills

Skill Attribute:

- Should be conversant with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent command of language and presentation skills.

- Ability to interact, handle vendors to achieve goals.

- Basic knowledge of banking norms and products

- People management skills

- Process Orientation-self-discipline to adhere to laid down vbusiness, regulatory processes.

b. Behavioural Skills :

Skill Attribute:

- Should carry positive attitude

- Should be able to work under delivery pressure

- Should lead the team from front

- Should behave like a middle management between the employee and management

- Should work independently with less of supervision
