POSITION : Regional Collection Manager

Job Details :

- Responsible for Managing Collection & Operations towards the portfolio of Commercial vehicle loan for Chennai Location.

- Ensuring accomplishment of targets and adherence to process guidelines

Job Role :

- Meeting the required resolution percentage for the Commercial Vehicle Loan.

- Responsible for Overall Collection of State form Bkt 0 to 6th Bkt.

- Taking Care of Collections and Recovery and maintaining A healthy collection atmosphere delinquency and Good resolution on Recovery.

- Imparting training to the team members with respect to regulations and controls.

- Responsible for entire state Collection & Operations by coordinating the sales and credit team

- Ensure to reduce arrears of the state and share the identification with sale and HO Closely tracking the team with the support of rolled out MIS for achieving milestones weekly and monthly as well,

- Maintain low delinquencies by stabilizing, rollbacks and normalization Achieving the assigned Targets month on month Taking care of Repossession personally

- Regularly visiting across areas to have better controls in place with respect to the regulations of the compliance

- Resolving all the customer related issues within the TAT.

- Evaluation of portfolio and recommendations to legal if required
