Regional Collection Manager - Banking

Urgently Hiring for a "Regional Collection Manager" who will be handling Entire South

Location - Bengaluru

CTC - Maximum 25 Lakhs

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To be successful in this role, you must possess knowledge and experience of collections using data, analytics, planning and process excellence. Should be able to strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments

- Responsibilities and Duties Monitor Various delinquency parameters and maintain delinquency at the desired levels for the location / portfolio assigned

- Implement and execute collections strategy. Ensure achievement of process efficiencies in collections. Minimize credit losses and optimize cost of collections

- Adhere to Code of Conduct , Procedures, Policies and guidelines of the Organization Compliance, legal and regulatory norms of the region, organization, regulatory bodies, etc.

- Management of outsourced service providers and agencies and responsible for achieving collection targets

- Manage escalations and disputes of customers
