Regional Collection Head - Financial Industry

- Take responsibility for implementation of strategies for improving efficiency in the RSME Collections with 0-60 days overdue for the assigned region and periodically monitor the processes to enhance efficiency in collections

- Take responsibility for system implementation (Tab) for monitoring collection process in the assigned zone and training collections team to use the new system

- Provide data to the Zonal Collection Head for setting up MIS processes and generate anticipatory data analytics intelligence to drive efficiency in collections process

- Monitor all contracts and ensure repossession of all the contracts greater than 60 days past due (dpd) unless they qualify for exclusion as per logic approval by SCH

- Regularly monitor stock of (repossessed assets) on TBR (To be released) & AFS (Asset for Sale)
