- The  Credit Cards Business is the part of - Unsecured Assets- division of the Consumer Bank.In this business, customers can avail a credit facility of upto45-48 days for retail purchases done on the credit card. The target segment is a mix of Salaried and Self-employed customers and the primary focus of the Business has been carding existing customers of Group companies. 

- The business also provides payment solutions in the form of a card for Corporates and B2B customers for their corporate purchases of goods and services. The vertical has a Pan India presence with coverage in all metros and major towns of the country.

- Recovery manager reporting to Centre recovery manager.- Handling a part of the locations recovery portfolio pertaining to the credit cards product.

- Collection of dues from delinquent customers through field team, legal and skip tools.

- Will be responsible for grooming agencies/DRA's to enhance productivity.- Strategizing and planning legal initiatives for the allocated portfolio.

- Co-ordination with legal machinery for end to end use of legal tools. portfolio handling, unsecured collections, recoveries, Personal Loans,Field Collections,Business Loan,Home Loans,Delinquency Management,Banking,Collection Management,Home Finance,Lap,Regional Management,
