Regional Channel Manager - Sales / Financial Services
Location : Thane / Mulund - Mumbai
Experience : 5- 7 yrs experience in BFSI
Qualification : Any undergraduate with an MBA in Finance.
Ctc : As per experience and negotiable
JD:
- Develop a budget for regional channel sales, orient strategies towards differentiated value prepositions, and maintain retention among channel partners.
- Must be able to frame & implement company policies for regional channel partners network enduring regional compliance.
- Creating a win-win relationship with channel partners by planning & designing training & development programs.
- Partnering with all support departments in order to meet channel partner performance objectives & their business expectations
- Developing a consistent & effective communication plan to keep channel partners abreast of the latest development
- Expanding the company's network by appointing new channel partners or replacing old ones, introducing new concepts, products or initiatives with existing channel partners.
- Must be able to analyse the problem & impact, identify the originality & act towards resolving issues in a positive & timely manner.
