Regional Category Manager - Procurement/Sourcing - IT/Professional Service

Title : Regional Category Manager.

Location : Mumbai

Different Procurement Categories:

1. ER [External resource](sub-contracting), PS [professional service] (audit, legal, HR, advisory Service), TN [Training] (certification, identify better cost)

2. IT and Telco.

3. Indirects:

Capital expenditure, operational expenditure, facility manager, etc.

This role is to lead the first category (ERPSTN)

- Spend Management, Driving Sourcing Strategies, Savings maximization.

- Geographical scope - India and APAC country.

- Should have handled HR related contracts, contracting the vendors, experience in legal contract, training contract ..

- Candidate will manage the spend of ~60 - 70 M Euro annually.

- Team size - 25 to 30 FTE [8 direct]

- Reporting to Category Director & CPO.

- Career path -> purely a procurement profile from the beginning.
