Regional Cargo Manager - Sales

- Min 10 years of experience in cargo sales , operations and service delivery

- Should have experience of handling domestic and international market

- Expertise in establishing cargo services standards across the region in accordance with corporate KPIs and develop workable strategies to achieve and maintain these standards in each port

- Deploy sales resources productively to maximize revenue generation across stations basis demand and flight scheduling

- Liaise closely with all station and corporate stakeholders to ensure proper communication is maintained and focus areas are aligned

- Experience of working on pricing and coordinate with respective team

- Supervise ground handling management (directly or indirectly) to ensure problem-free operations

- Experience of working with sales professionals and various stakeholders to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets

- Actively support the execution of services strategies within the region

- Ensure timely compliance and training of ground staff
