Position : Regional Business Manager - West
Job Location : Mumbai
Reporting to : Regional Business Head
1. Scope of the role :
- Accountable for driving retail business operations for stores in West and achievement of the retail top-line and profitable category mix in the Region.
2. Job Profile :
- Drive top-line for each and every store using a mix of ATL and BTL.
- Planning for the network to maximize the business opportunity in the geography
- Lead the team of ABMs, REs and staff at stores.
- Recruit new and manage franchisees in keeping with the expectations from the organization. Establishing effective relationships with key associates.
- Ensure that the Customer Experience is of the highest standard all the time.
- Ensure implementation of all required retail processes, in terms of VM, store maintenance, commercial and statutory requirements.
- Drive network expansion across region.
- Retain talent through coaching and guidance.
- Ensure relevant merchandise is available at each store in collaboration with Corp Team.
- Developing a continuous understanding of competition in a structured manner
3. Key Deliverables :
- Ensure that all the retail stores in the region are profitable and achieve targeted top-line.
- Retail Metrics Achievement including Conversion, Ticket Size, Mystery Audit and NP etc.
- High employee engagement scores in the region.
- Expansion in relevant catchment towns in the market as planned.
- Like-to-like growth for existing stores.
- Monitor Store Operations & ensure 100% Commercial Compliance
- Device and implement customer experience programs
- Regular review with the team on planned vs actual
- Drive specific program for the brand
4. The right person :
- Post Graduate in Management / MBA with 10 - 14 years of Retail and Sales experience.
- Should possess excellent people, communication and analytical skills apart from having a good grasp of retailing in general and store operations in particular.
- The person should possess high levels of energy, should be able to deal with ambiguity, pay attention to detail and high level of interpersonal skills.
