With their growing presence in India, they are looking at an entrepreneurial individual who would be able to drive their sales efforts in East India.

Job Description - Reporting directly to the Sales Head, you will be responsible for:

- To provide people leadership & ensure effectiveness of Front Line Managers (FLMs) and/or Front Line Field Force (as applicable) through effective monitoring and coaching

- Providing thought leadership and strategic orientation to the region for achieving competitive advantage and long term regional business goals.

- Exploring new growth opportunities to develop new business as well as focus on existing man power to ensure maximum productivity Conceptualizing, developing and establishing sales effectiveness monitoring matrices and managing the entire process across the sales hierarchy through detailed Sops, SLAs, documentation, analysis and actionable insights.

- Formulating Sales strategies specific to regional - sales growth, adopting/ implementing systems & best practices, distribution, cost reduction, capability building integrated with Marketing strategies, developing alternative ways to market', taking the state to the next level of execution.

- To ensure effective relationship with HO by Activity planning and reporting, Competition / Market Update and Expense / Budget reporting & Business Analysis CFA Management by Stock/Input Allocation, Forecasting, Sell-In Planning & Execution, Claims Status, Collaterals Status and Dispatch, Scheme Update / Status, Follow-up on Stock & Sales Reports

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA in marketing with atleast 12-15 years experience in the sales function across FMCG/OTC industry only. You will have an experience handling large sales teams and should have a channel management experience. You will have exceptional communication skills and should have strong desire to grow.
