Job Description

- P&L leader for the NCR a region and build capabilities to manage Operations, Sales, Business Development, Administration and all other related functions.

- Responsibility for the overall functioning of the Profit Centre

- Build Sales teams for relationship based business and for corporate/retail BTL activation based sales

- Reporting business data and market intelligence on regular basis

- Competitive info and market feedback

- Responsible for hiring, training and retaining sales team members for the assigned territory

- Tracking productivity and daily monitoring

- Planning and executing sales collaterals with the marketing team

- Experience of Healthcare preferred
