Regional Business Manager for leading FMCG

Location - Delhi / NCR

Job description :

- Prepare the business plan for the region responsible, including the coverage, budgeted volume numbers, profitability and revenue.

- Manages relationship with key Customers, distributors, retailers and channel partners

- Responsible for Driving Customer Marketing initiatives and Modern Trade sales in the region

- Accountable for the Profit & Loss Account for the region. Owns up distribution costs of the region. As the business head, had a matrixed reporting with other functions reporting in to drive a customer focused organization

Experience - 8 to 17 yrs in sale with FMCG industry background
