- Micromanagement of Customer Acquisition, Retention & Business Management

- Territory includes entire Marathwada

- Profile includes enhancement of distribution network to the remote locations capturing the desired niche market for the product.

- Aggressive drive for Branch Volumes in terms of Disbursement and YTD Targets with the support of Branch Managers & down staff.

- Work in Tandom with the Credit team for the designated.

- Responsible to maintain the Collections in check for the portfolio management.

- Effective and Efficient Team management with resource optimization to achieve the expected levels of productivity.

- Attribute towards Exploring ways & Means to add to the Market Share.

- Responsible for Manpower Recruitment & Training.

- Responsible for the regulatory and corporate audits

- Liasioning with Branches to enhance Customer Satisfaction.

Will have 8-10 branches reporting to him

Experience : 7 to 12 years

CTC on offer : 12 to 15 lakhs per annum Fixed plus incentives
