Regional Business Manager - Affordable Home Loan - BFSI

- Regional Business Manager HL is responsible for building business, achieving market share and driving profitability for the area. Achievement of sales target, managing Collections.

- Responsible for handling Haryana State as a profit Center.

- Responsible for smooth functioning of all departments-Like- Sales, Credit, Collection & OPS.

- Responsible for creating and maintaining amicable relationship with channel partners including DSA's, Connectors, CA's, and Financial Advisors & Builders.

- Taking care of loan products which include Affordable Home Loan up to 50 Lac.

- Constant reviews with existing client base in order to develop better customer relations.

- Portfolio management of existing book & Making New Portfolio Every Month.

- Handling escalated service issues of customers & graveness Management.

- Responsible for recruitment and training at Haryana State level.
