Regional Business Head - Unsecured Rural Assets - BFS

Job Description :

- Be the key personnel for planning and executing the Business Strategy of the company in the State, reporting into the Business Head - Un-Secured business.

- Current product suite includes Joint Liability Group Loan, Micro Housing Loan and Micro Enterprise Loan.

- This product line will be expanded as the organization grows; the incumbent is expected to work closely with the Business Head and other key stake holders to drive the business Agenda.

- Work closely with Regional and Divisional Managers on the expansion plan and support them in addressing the issues/concerns faced by the Region/Division.

- Business Management: Overseeing and guiding team on developing on - going market insight, identify sector trends and work with Product team and stake holders in developing competitive product proposition.

- Business Growth: Work on strategy for Business growth as per the budgeted number

- Portfolio Review and Performance management: Analyze Product and Portfolio Performance. Assess channel Performance. Rationalization of Portfolios.
