Regional Business Head-Store

- We have an opening as a Regional Business Heas-Stores with one of the leading Retail Company.

Experience required : 15+years into handling of EBO's,MBO's

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

- Ensure execution of state wise & store operations strategy

- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary

- Ensure adequate inventory levels, reduction in inventory carrying cost and ageing inventory at stores

- Provide inputs & support on real estate scouting & project executions going on in the region (if any)

P&L Management :

- Ensure that Sales/OPEX/ EBITDA Targets for the assigned stores (all formats) is met

- Monitor, control and supervise implementation of the planned sales, stock and OPEX Budgets

- Plan & implement promotional activities to meet sales targets

- Monitor existing parameters and continuously review/ refine and create appropriate measures of productivity towards maximizing retail operational profitability

- Ensure that there is no special attention store in the region; In case there is, work towards increasing the profitability of the store

New Store Setup :

- Formulate strategy & recommend business development initiatives / workable business ideas

- Transfer leads (if any) to Lead - Real Estate for potential store locations

- Conduct first visit to the site to capture commercial aspects of competition and potential footfall for EC

- Sign MoU for any new site finalization

- Ensure New Store Execution as per the timelines

- Participate in store launch
