1. Regional Business Head - N&E, based at Delhi
2. Regional Business Head - South, based at Bangalore &
3. Regional Business Head - West, based at Mumbai
IMPORTANT : Past experience of BTL & Corporate Sales of minimum Rs. 25 lacs per month, across respective markets is a critical requirement for aspiring Candidates.
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- P&L responsibility of the 15+ Homeopathy Centres & Aesthetic Solutions Business for the Region,
- Delivering Sales & Customer Acquisition numbers through Corporates, Alliances and BTL Sales, by ensuring successful implementation of Sales & Customer Acquisition strategy,
- Responsible for regional marketing activities & building local media relations (in partnership with Corporate Marketing),
- Own Centre Operations & Patient Experience across all touch-points,
- Deliver high standards of Patient Care / Experience and Medical results / quality,
- Achieving Business Metrics through delivering Medical Efficiency / Quality Metrics of the City, in line with the corporate strategy.
- Regular Training, Re-training & Certification for Excellence to ensure better Patient Care / Medical / Operational Efficiencies,
- Working in coordination with the Sr. Medical Mentors for delivering excellent patient experience & medical results / quality,
- Create a supportive, exciting & enriching professional environment for all employees.
Preferred Work Experience : 7 years - 12 years, with Retail BTL Sales / Alliances, Direct Sales, Multi-Level Marketing, etc. background in the relevant Region & major cities. Additional Retail Operations & training experience preferred.
