Regional Business Head - Logistics Firm

We have senior level opportunity with growing logistic company based out of Bangalore.

Job Description :

- Required rich experience in Last Mile delivery and in team management who sees the big picture of the system, Identify the inefficiencies, frame the optimizations that can be done, Scale the operations across his regions.

- Revenue generation from strategic accounts through development, retention of existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities.

- Developing and understanding new business models to be incorporated for improving the business of the Region.

- Models for improving the sales - understanding the market share and identifying potential areas to grow and initiate business tie-ups.

- Understanding of brand positioning and initiate strategic marketing activities accordingly.

- Working on ground to understand the potential to make profit and focusing on margins - ramping up of revenue.

- Ensure all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are closed well.

- Work with the Operations group to Identify improvement opportunities, aimed at improving bottom line profits and service levels for the region.

Requirements - 

- MBA with Strong education Pedigree.

- Incumbent should have strong P&L management Experience.

- Experience with exposure to Logistics company will be preferred.

- Should be with strong analytical and presentation skills.
