Regional Business Head - Fruits & Agro/Vegetables

Our client is a end to end service provider in fruits and vegetables/Agro Industry with a turnover of about 40 crores based in Coimbatore, Bgl, Chennai & Kerala.

We are immediately looking for Regional Business Head for Bangalore, Chennai, and Kochi Locations.

Job Responsibilities:

Must be responsible for maximizing sale and margins, in the assigned zone / state / city.

Should optimize business results from all aspects of P&L, sourcing, delivery operations, product returns, business development and account receivables

Work through Sales Managers Identify new markets to expand network of distributors and retail traders.

Assign Sales and Margin targets to Sales Managers with specific penetration targets to grow business within existing distributor network.

Guide Sales Teams and monitor on Accounts receivables

Desired Profile

Agriculture/Dairy or MBA degree (specialization / electives in Sales and Supply Chain Management.) with deep understanding of managing strategic relationships across multiple senior stakeholders in both government and private organizations

Minimum 12 years of experience in a frontline Sales role with minimum 7 years in a Sales supervisory role primarily with FMCG/fresh produce(fruits,vegetables,dairy) industries.
