Description - The Regional Business Head would be responsible for forecasting and planning the regions sales and product mix. The role encompasses handling a team of almost 30 people including the manpower planning piece.

Job Description :
- Ensure the achievement of the sales volumes
- Study market conditions and plan the product mix
- Prepare a divisional budget and guide the sales team accordingly
- Reviewing geography-wise promotional activity planning and approving the same
- Directing the sales team to take-up initiatives that are essential to increase the demand
- Analyse trends of various parameters with the support of Business Analysts
- Receiving the MIS reports in the standard formats from sales team on periodical basis and reviewing their performance on continual basis
- 15 years experience of handling products and markets
- Rural marketing experience a must
- In-depth understanding of channel sales
- Team-handling experience
