Regional Business Head (RBH)-Only from Event & Advertising industry

Presently hiring for Relio Quick(www.relioquick.com) for the position of RBH(Regional Business Head ).

Location- Bangalore

Experience- 10 + years of experience with any of the top-10 ADVERTISING industry players.

Job Specification -

- Reporting to the Board Directors

- Developing and managing the network of branches in a Region,

- Developing new clients for business generation and exploring new territories,

- Responsibility of overall operations of the Region including Business Development and Delivery,

- Preparation and execution of Business Plan of the Region,

- Achieving the Gross Margin target of the Region,

- Achievement of top-line and bottom-line targets of the Region in line with company’s objectives,

- Ensuring highest level of Customer Satisfaction,

- Building a team of competent, motivated people through system of Incentives, Rewards, Recognition, Mentoring, Coaching and Training,

- Performance Management of the entire Regional Team,

- Monitoring all Branches for compliance to statutory requirements and ISO systems and processes,

- Managing Key Accounts independently;

THE POSITION HAS A FUTURE POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH TO REGIONAL COO POSITION FOR THE PERFORMERS

Experience of handling ATL & BTL business of an Agency in capacity of Account Director / Branch Manager
