Responsibilities :

- Leading a young and ambitious demand & field operations team while constantly raising standards.

- Focus on delivering the best customer experience while having a 360-degree view from employee Safety to Optimal utilization of resources

- Laying down the roadmap for expansion, demand acquisition, field operations for the city, and ensuring its execution.

- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, Implementing SOPs & streamlining processes.

- Provide updates to the management on project KPIs via performance management.

- Proactively lead and empower the operation managers to encourage operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- Stakeholder management (Internal, External)

Requirements :

- Graduate/PG with 6+ years of experience in managing business operations and leading the team.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams

- Eye for detail, prior experience in running successful on-field campaigns.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
