Regional Business Head - eCommerce

Regional Business Head - West India ( Director Level) - Ecommerce - Mumbai

- P&L Management- Heading the P&L for West India across 4 states .

- Launched, scaled & streamlined operations for all the verticals ; Self-drive, Subscription & (Cycle vertical)

- Responsible for top line as well as bottom line responsibilities ; Revenue growth, supply growth, customer experience, efficiency & cost reduction.

- Implementing various cost reduction strategies along with strong growth

- Driving various operational & growth metrics consistently leading to West India being the best region wrt customer experience metrics.

- Working closely with all central teams driving growth & operations: (Product, Marketing, Operations & Finance)

- Drive up growth and take suitable regional / city-specific / hyperlocal marketing & growth initiatives

- Improve customer engagement, delight and retention through UX improvements

- Maintain and grow city profitability ; unit economics, areas for cost optimization

- Ensure smooth and efficient operations ; Mentor and lead the city teams to drive outcomes

- This is a critical and high visibility role ; Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and the rest of West India are high-potential

The candidate should have :

- 8+ years of experience

- 3+ years of experience in a Region Head / P&L ownership role

- 2+ years of experience in Mumbai / across West India would be an added advantage

- Experience in driving geography-specific growth initiatives

- Experience in launching new markets / products would be useful

- Strong Analytical and Communication skills

- Education; Masters preferred (MBA not mandatory)
