The candidate would be responsible for the entire marketing & sales for Real Estate Residential properties in the assigned territory. The tasks would include but not be limited to:  - Planning the marketing campaigns keeping in mind the product for sale.   a) ATL   b) BTL   c) Digital Marketing etc  - Ensure the ROI of various campaigns   - Would drive the sales target for the assigned territory and campaigns   - Alliances and partnerships with various organizations to drive numbers.   - Interact with internal teams and external contacts to drive the agenda of the campaign  Essentials Qualities:  - Someone who can think out of box   - Has a flair of marketing with the ability to drive sales numbers.  - Good Planning and eye for detail for understanding the ROI and campaigns and run analytics driven decisions.   - Ability to work in a complex, matrix structured team
