1: Job Purpose Statement
To manage overall business operations in his state and ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently thereby achieving desired business results.
2: Duties & Responsibilities
For Business Development:
- Maintaining relationship with village authorities, managing local bodies and politically influential people
- Travel extensively in the state for identifying new business opportunities and potential village clusters to increase business coverage
- Develop promotional and brand building plans and get those implemented for generating leads and for enhancing market penetration
- To understand & carry out all the other responsibilities as per the instruction by the company
For Portfolio Health:
- Ensuring good quality loans.
- LTC Evaluation & PDC control
- Ensuring low NPA's in the region
- Counseling defaulters to make timely payment of EMI- s
- Ensuring timely collection of the EMI- s
- Ensuring profitability of the states through effective cost control and AFC collection by State
For Process improvement and Adherence:
- Verifying files where subsequent disbursement request are not forthcoming.
- Conducting random verification of properties financed during branch visits
- Monitoring proper documentation of loan files of the region as per the norms and regulatory requirements are being adhered to.
- Ensure to maintain monthly and quarterly reports and records
- Manage effective Product & Process Improvement through constant process development.
- Implement policies and procedures in allocated state and ensure that the team adheres and follows those
For Customer Satisfaction:
- Attending and redressing customer grievances on timely basis
- Ensuring speedy disbursals of Home Loans
For Employee Development and Engagement:
- Guiding and Motivating team to deliver performance.
- Regularly reviewing and monitoring performance of the team members
- Timely connecting with the employees to ensure their involvement and engagement.
- Manage attrition in the state and implement measures to reduce attrition
- To ensure timely Recruitment of employees as per the manpower budget
- To ensure mentoring of the new joinees and impart training for functional & behavioral needs.
